Be Business Fit is founder-led and relationship-driven. Most of our work starts with a conversation, not a pitch.

Current opportunities
Business Development Lead
Be Business Fit works with leaders through growth, challenge and change. We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to help grow the business in a way that stays aligned with our values.
You’ll build trusted relationships, generate opportunities and strengthen how clients first experience Be Business Fit. Working closely with an experienced HR leader and executive coach, you’ll support business growth through thoughtful outreach, networking and strong follow-up.
What you’ll do
- Build and nurture new business relationships
- Create and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Represent Be Business Fit at relevant events and networks
- Improve outreach, onboarding and follow-up processes
- Use CRM and digital tools to track activity
Who this suits
Someone with business development experience who is organised, values integrity and cares about leadership-led growth. HR or coaching experience is helpful but not required.
Role details
- 16 hours per week - Based in Llanishen, Cardiff (some travel)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)
