Growth is often talked about as a milestone. For us at Be Business Fit, it’s more accurately a responsibility.
Over the past year, demand for our work has increased steadily. More organisations are coming to us for independent HR investigations. More leaders are asking for support as they navigate complexity, pressure and change. And more businesses are recognising that behaviour at the leadership level shapes everything that follows.
That increase in demand has led us to a clear decision: to grow the business in a way that protects the quality, integrity and depth of support we’re known for.
Choosing sustainable growth
Since Be Business Fit was founded in 2019, the business has grown through word of mouth and trusted relationships. That hasn’t changed. What has changed is the volume and complexity of the work coming through the door.
In recent months, we reached a natural inflexion point. Continue as we were, or invest in the capacity needed to support clients properly without compromise.
We chose the second option.
With the support of BCRS Business Loans, we’ve secured £25,000 in growth funding to enable the creation of a new role within the business, planned for early 2026
Read the press release: Expansion is on
This investment gives us the space to grow thoughtfully, not reactively.
Why this matters to our clients
This expansion isn’t about scale for its own sake. It’s about protecting standards.
Our work often sits at sensitive moments for organisations. Investigations require impartiality, time and rigour. Coaching requires presence, trust and consistency. When capacity is stretched, those things are the first to suffer.
By expanding now, we’re ensuring that:
- Clients continue to receive the level of attention and care their situations demand
- Investigations remain thorough, fair and independent
- Leaders have the space to reflect, challenge themselves and grow
- We don’t compromise prevention by becoming reactive
In short, this step allows us to do the work properly.
Backed by the right support
We were introduced to BCRS Business Loans through our accountants and worked closely with their team throughout the process. What stood out wasn’t just the funding itself, but the understanding of the business and the impact of the work we do.
Having that support in place made it possible to move forward with confidence and clarity, knowing this decision was aligned with our values and long-term direction.
Looking ahead to 2026
The new appointment will mark the beginning of a year focused on increased capacity, deeper client support, and continued investment in leadership development.
We’ll continue to work closely with SMEs, HR leaders and employment law professionals across Wales and beyond. And we’ll keep doing what we’ve always done: helping leaders build strength, act with integrity and prevent issues before they escalate.
Growth, for us, isn’t about getting bigger. It’s about staying true to what matters while making sure we can support the people who rely on us.
