Sam’s Story
After 30 years in HR, leadership and executive coaching, I’ve seen what happens when poor leadership goes unchecked and the transformation that’s possible when the right support is in place.
I founded Be Business Fit because I believe in prevention, not just crisis management. Leadership isn’t about knowing everything, it’s about showing up with clarity, courage and consistency, especially when it’s hard. By acting early, you can ultimately avoid those costly, stressful investigations that arise when leadership issues go unaddressed. That’s what I help leaders do.
